Just some background info for those unfamilar with Japanese culture/the school system: Koenma and Itsuki are dressed as kindergarten teachers, and Mitarai, Hagiri, Karasu, and Sensui are in kindergarten. Which is why the first two are wearing aprons, and the rest of them are in smocks.

Hagiri looked down at the animal who’d been following him for the past block or so. Unwilling to shoo the creature off - cursed soft spot for animals - he was content walking with this new friend. Inhuman, intelligent, yet to bother him with anything. In fact, at present, Hagiri was beginning to scope out areas that might have treats for the dog.

Maybe that partner of his wouldn’t mind a fourth pet. What with two cats and the kid, a dog was just necessary. Every kid needed a dog. That was an excuse. A good excuse! An excuse that didn’t revolve around, “hey, Kiyoshi, I found an animal, we’re keeping it.” He’d have a reason. “Little boys love dogs. His parents won’t get him a dog, you know they won’t get him a dog. We have to do it, Kiyoshi, you know we’re the only ones who are trying to make this kid happy.”

That could do. He turned on his heel to face the canine behind him and knelt down to reach its level. “You got a name? An owner, maybe?”

Just finished Jyu-Oh-Sei for the second time, Code Geass for the first, re-read all of Samurai Deeper Kyo, got into Code:Breaker (need to read that one, actually), and now I’ve started Soul Eater.

On this note, I’ll be at Anime Boston this year! Cosplaying as Fubuki from SDK, Grell from Kuroshitsuji as always, Kuronue as always (I’ll be in the death match if anyone going would like to cheer for my Youko partner and I), Haruka from Free!/Swimming Anime (I’ll be in an 18+ event as Haruka ohohohoho with my Rin), Hotaru from SDK for a photo shoot, Bakura mostly for a photoshoot, Dave Strider/Sailor Mars/Sailor Dave for funsies around the hotel, and I’ll probably bring Sniper just in case now that I have his wig and I can do a quick switch from Haruka to Hagiri.
